Update on the book (Great video attached)

After starting research today, it's going well but of course it is only early days. I have my outline and what I want the book to eventually discuss along with the writing style and lay out. Of course, now it's just months of research and probably further months of building and (hopefully) I get to meet a few interesting characters and people along the way.

Anyway, here is a video from British Pathe of the 1936 Fulham FA Cup Semi Final vs Sheffield United, in what was also our first season of the Football League. We were to lose 2-1 and Sheffield United go on to lose 1-0 to Arsenal in the final. A week after the semi-final, we had a league game against Sheffield United and beat them 1-0 to end their 22 game undefeated run. If only a week earlier...

Slight confusion here, I think, Frankie.

1908 was our first season in the Football League when we did, also, make the Semis of the Cup, losing 6-0 to Newcastle on that occasion.
