And my childhood hero.

I am sure that goal against Chesterfield was closer to the corner flag than he makes out. Shame it was not televised, still one of the all time great goals at the Cottage.

Always thought it was the best goal I had seen at the Cottage. Although Pesch scored a repeat of his cup goal volley in the league at the Cottage that was up there. Great memorys of Ivor. Being carried around the pitch by the fans hoping he would stay. All his goals. Being dropped at the start of his carreer and coming back after a few games a different player.
