...I have always admired Kevin Phillips, and think he should have had more England matches when he was clearly on form and our usual donkeys were not. Even now at 39 years young he is banging them in, three last night for Crippled Alice against Dull City in their 4-2 win in the play-off places of the championship. Good player...

He started as a right back for Baldock Town, a club local (a town away) to me and only went up front due to an injury to a forward in a game. he did well, stayed there and watford came sniffing.
He's had a great career.
