Assuming Diarra and Frei won't be with the team, but I'm expecting everyone else to be healthy and fit.

My line-up:
--------------------Schwarzer--------------------
-Riether-----Senderos---Hangeland------Riise-
---------------Sidwell----Karagounis------------
---Dejagah-----------Ruiz---------------Urby---
---------------------Berbatov--------------------

I predict the main places I'll get any disagreements would be on Hughes for Senderos, Richardson for Riise, Duff for Emanuelson, and maybe Rodallega to add pace for either Ruiz or Berba.

I gave Urby the nod over Duff to add pace and since he never has really gotten a fair chance (aka a start).
I also don't at all see why some of us here want to bench Riise. Regardless of how good Richardson is, I thought Riise has been excellent since coming back. Defending very well and also looking good when going forward, with some teasing and ambitious shots, which I love.

I'd play Urby, we don't expect to get much from this game but I feel if we are to get anything him and Dejegah are the ones with pace to beat their full backs and create something.

I agree Duff just has to start, maybe sub him after an hour or so if he is getting tired andwe we are losing and want to gamble with raw pace .

FFCByTheRiver

I'm agreeing with Urby playing over Duff. Duff's form been a little temperamental of late...but more importantly than that, pace is going to be critical against this Spurs team. I want to see what this kid can really do, in a game which we anticipate not getting a lot from.

I would go for:

Schwarzer
Riether
Senderos
Hangeland
Riise
Dejagah
Sidwell
Karagounis
Emanuelson
Ruiz
Berbatov

Duff has been ineffective recently, and against Spurs' pace on the wings, he will be even more ineffective, and Emanuelson's pace would be useful. I would also contemplate Rodallega, but the Ruiz - Berbatov won't be broken, and he is useless out wide.

What was the point of the club signing Emanuelson if he's not going to play? Wasn't the motive of his move more game time?

Why has Duff become so unpopular he gives his all every game and is still a top class player who we are lucky to have.  Emanuelson is too lightweight for the Premier League in my view.

He's on loan, right? Duff is signed through next season, right? Which choice benefits the club more?

He may give his all but he's pretty ineffective on the left.

He played his part in an excellent performance by the whole team.  Seeing Beratov with a determined look defending at a corner made my day.
