If Ben Thatcher had joined Fulham back in 2005 or whenever as he was on the verge of doing. Would we consider the tackles we see nowadays that result in sending offs even more absurd considering his so called horror tackles. Or is this just a pathetic way of annoying the Mods.

Would Thatcher have been involved in controversy had he joined Fulham?

In my opinion his tactics in away games in Yorkshire, NE, Liverpool, Scotland and Ireland would be rightly condemned. Wouldn't have wanted to have him anywhere near the team.   Not too sad to see him retired.  096.gig
