There are some rumours via the Times (I believe) and Euro Sport linking us with PSG's, surplus French midfielder, Clement Chantome. Also rumoured to be interested is Everton and West Brom.

A very classy midfielder could be the missing link that the majority are searching for. Valued at €5m.

Would be a tremendous piece of business for us. He had early comparisons to being the next Didier Deschamps, and has been touted as the best passer of the ball in France. Also he's a central to attacking midfielder, exactly what we need. Yes, you've read that right. Not a winger, not a defensive midfielder.

At €5m, he'd be an absolute steal from PSG.

€5m, if true, is absolutely ridiculous. Him alongside Sidwell/Boateng and that's our midfield sorted for next season IMO.

stats aren't particularly impressive but neither were dembele's. quite a deep bench to compete with and 92% pass accuracy last season. if he's more or less made it through the moneyed purge of the last few seasons at psg he's got to have some quality i reckon.

He's also just scored a goal in their most recent friendly (which is on now) which could mean its hyperbole, he's being given a run out by new manager and impressing and isn't out of contention.

No he won't be back in contention, especially with the midfield PSG have. He's only playing to raise his value.

He's very hard- working, creative and talented. Lyon are trying to sign him too. It would be great if we could bring him to Fulham.
