... Paul Couling who runs the CultZeros custom made shirts website has pledged to donate 20% of all sales of the Jimmy Conway shirt/hoodie to the 'Walk To End Alzheimers' charity.

This generous offer is in conjunction to this message on the Friends Of Jimmy Conway facebook page ( https://www.facebook.com/jimmyconwayjct )

Timeline Photos
Our Friends of Jimmy Conway team has now raised ~ $1,890 and we have more than a dozen persons registered to walk at the event on September 8th. Thanks to everyone who has registered/donated to date.

If you plan on registering to walk and/or making a donation we'd encourage you to do so. It would be great to have a bumper turnout for our team on the day as a way of showing our respect and support for Jimmy and Noeleen while raising much-needed funds for this worthy cause.

I've attached a photo of Jimmy in his Timbers' kit. He was a gifted player, an incredible team-mate, a demanding coach, a mentor to many would-be coaches and a friend to all.

Here's a link to our team page where you can register and/or donate:

For those who have not heard of Jimmy Conway, he played for Fulham in the late 1960' and the 1970's and was an exciting right winger, and was in the team for us in the 1975 FA Cup final. A great player for The Whites...Please donate if you can afford it...

Proud to have watched him live in the days when players seemed to play because they loved the game and not for a pay day.  A true legend and wish him and the friends all the best.
The above IS NOT A LEGAL DOCUMENT. It is an opinion.

We may yet hear the horse talk.

I can stand my own despair but not others hope

...you can follow the progress of the £5,000 dollar target on the facebook page Fans of Jimmy Conway, please look in and like, and donate if you can. Many of you will not have seen him play, and don't know the richness he brought to Fulham and the joy he gave to us, ahem, more mature fans, he deserves our support yet again, and maybe a new generation of fan can join us in thanking him for the service he gave to our club...

An all time great Fulham player - I'll always remember Jimmy on one wing and Les Barret on the other, taking defences apart with their pace and skill.

I wish him and his supporters all the best.
