Fulham have not got past the 3rd Round of the League Cup since 04/05 under Chris Coleman. We got to the 5th round before losing to Chelsea in the 88th minute at Craven Cottage.

Yes the winner does. Hence the Swans are in Europe. It's the quickest route to Europe, which makes it all the more galling when we crash out.

Its a competition we would only take any interest in if we made it to the later rounds. The Prem is important and with pointless International blocking the fixtures and early rounds of the yawn cup doing likewise we have never considered it worth the effort. However this season we should play a few shadow squad players who are improving and may help make this season one to remember.
