Brutal and unfair post but with the right conclusion.
He is a good footballer who I would be more than happy t see as 1st choice LB .
IF he could stay fit . Which clearly he cannot .
So I agree with your conclusion - we need a new 1st choice LB .

We share a difference of opinion on his footballing ability, I feel he is a poor footballer and offers us nothing when he wears a Fulham shirt. So I wouldnt say it was unfair, but perhaps it was a bit brutal which I apologise for.... I dont think Riise is any good anymore and Briggs is great going forward but scares me as a defender....

 :kettle pot:  I have a list of players who come to Fulham with their team and always seem to have good games against us. Vom, Nolan, Bellamy, Jesus and Richarson. He always gave 100% for Sunderland. If he can get through this spate of injuries he'll do the same for us. He's having a Bairdino start to his Fulham career.

How did Briggs play yesterday only managed to catch the highlights and he did look like he had johnson in his back pocket
i like briggs and i think he could be the anwser to our LB worries -but i do like richardson too but with his injuries its hard to make a case for him

I felt Briggs played well yesterday.... His positioning is a bit questionable but he has loads of pace and loves getting forward....Not sure if he is the answer though to be a first choice left back for the coming season.... But better than richardson and definitley better than riise

We need someone as reliable as Riether on the other side of defence.  Im not sure Briggs can do it all season.  Riise is worse than Briggs in my opinion and Richardson has been an embarrassing purchase for us.  Even when fit I think hes been awful.  If we can find a new left back and get this Chantome fellow in central midfield I think we will have a well balanced squad and we wouldnt have spent too much.

Briggs was much better than I though he was going to be. Richardson injury problems are annoying, but, Riise is absolutely awful. Richardson is our best left back, it's just unfortunate for him that he is so injury prone.

I'm sure Richardson will be totally fed up with the situation, he managed to come through pre-season with no problems and looked as though it was all behind him.  I think he is a good player better than Riise.  I have to feel sorry for the lad.

Said it a few weeks back, it doesn't matter if he is the best left back in the world, if he can't last 20 mins then he should be dumped.  We spent most of last season wasting subs swapping our left backs and dm's.  it messes up our whole game plan and inevitably gets us pinned back in our own third for the last 20 due to our attacking players being on there knees and needing to freshened up with subs that can take the pressure off of our defence. Sorry but Kieran has to go end of. No more now, and even jol must know what a mistake of a signing it was. At least lee cook and jari  didn't mess up our match day plans. They had the decency to admit they couldn't cut it and not pretend that they were ready.

I assume by ****** you mean that Deano  is an excellent young man who has  supported Fulham since he was a Little - legs  and has been  posting since the old boards was in operation. He is known to many on here, he is a credit to Fulham and I am sure his family.

Deano how goes the travels? I have never rated him; let alone not been able to really rate him. He looks talented I guess. There's a reason we only paid 2mm for him at age 26/27 in his prime last year.

Wow, over 300 posts. He is clearly a living legend. Your obsession with him is strange. I have been a supporter for 18 years, and a season ticket holder for 9. Went to nearly all the away games on our Europa run, and been a mascot 2 times. I have met many of the greats, and been to most grounds in the country. So, to answer your question, a Fulham fan.
