Lens started a judicial proceeding against us but there hasn't been any official word about its resolution.  Don't see that there's any reason to assume they've just "gone away".

No idea.  Having accusations made against us doesn't necessarily mean that sanctions would automatically occur, though, I wouldn't guess.
