CHRIS MARTIN IS SO BAD,  WE NOW PRAISE HIM FOR MAKING A RUN.

Roy required team players.
I wonder if he could get some effort out of Berbatov?
Its not that I could and others couldn't.
Its that I did and others didn't.

Few years back, yes:). Berbatov is class above Wellbeck, Defoe, Bent, Lambert. Now, dont think so, although, England could have benefit a lot if they could use someone like Berba tonight ;)

Hard to say. Roy likes his forwards to do a lot of running.

No, but if he were South African, he could get play cricket for England.

Ermmm its a tricky one. He is a quality player but I dont know if Hodgson would like his work rate / attitude, so it would be a no from me

for me he would get in the squad, he is better than some of the players we can select

He's not in the Bulgarian national team at the moment, and if they cannot get him to play, Woy hasn't a chance, so its a no from me.

he isn't in their squad, as he retired about 3 years ago from international football. when he did play he played the same as he did at spurs, united and with us. think he is their record scorer but not 100% sure on that.

An opportunity to comment on how crap Berbatov is - that's an opportunity not often possible on here.

Obviously the consensus answer must be - No. He's a lazy pile of horseshit.

The truth of course is that he would have been picked for England many years ago probably as a teenager. How his England career might have progressed would depend on how he did but my bet is that he'd have had a long successful England career because of course he has sublime skills and scores shedloads of goals.

I don't see why not .

Based on last night's England performance and his performances so far this season
he plays with the same
1) pace
2) urgency
3) attacking intention
4) threat on goal

Now we are all praying both change because much more of this
1) England will not be going to Brazil
2) Berba will not be playing for Fulham or we will be relegated !

Lets start with a brace vs WBA please

Berbatov would walk into the England team. And walk while in it. Actually, as he has retired from the Bulgarian team, he would probably walk out of the England one too.

So the answer is a) confusing b) all Jol's fault

#He'd have a better chance of playing for the England cricket team if he was Irish  :005:

Logicalman

I changed my mind, he would if Jol was the England manager (love fest continues)
