Crystal Palace Tickets

Wondered if anybody can give me a bit of info on this.  I had to buy my tickets over the phone for the Crytal Palace match as the on-line option wouldn't work.  I checked my purchase history against my client reference number on-line tonight, and the tickets are not showing up.  Is it only tickets bought on-line that show or should they all show, even ones form the ticket office?  I'm just concerned the girl on the end of the phone didn't do it right and  will not have the tickets I wanted.

I wouldn't worry. I booked my Palace and Southampton tickets over the phone and received both on friday. Neither are showing on my purchase history.
