Don't forget, we were spoilt with Roy

Don't get me wrong, I don't think Mr Jol is right for our club.  BUT, managers like Roy don't come along every day.

Saints spent 25 million quid in the summer. Pottechini is a good manager. When we spent a similar amount with a decent manager we qualified for Europe and got to the final.

We should make sure we find the right manager and back them if we want to progress.

The alternative is: Hello Championship.

Me-ate-Live, innit??

Agreed! Sparky is better than Jol.

Er, but he doesn't want to be at the Cottage.

Danitar

Why would you want that guy back. Never wanted to be at Fulham always looking to runaway when it suited him. Forget him

The team that Sparky happened to be charge of is better than the team this season...let's not forget west ham on Boxing Day.

We would have beaten West Brom under Cookie and have probably gained a point against Cardiff with Sanchez.

Yes, we over achieved with Roy at the helm but we are massively under achieving with Jol.

But Hughes turned it around the following game against Stoke, and we never looked back. Jol has had about five or ten instances of 'West Ham on Boxing Day' matches during his time at Fulham.

That's a hard argument to overcome.

The Old Count

I wouldn't want Hughes back - even if he was available which he ain't.
He is better than Jol imo.

Jol consistently puts out the wrong team.
It was so obvious yesterday. We were overun in midfield while Bent and Berba wandered about isolated. We managed 1 shot in the game and that was a long range effort from Sidwell.
