Not just Jol, the players

[Tempest]

need to stand up and grow a pair. They  need to either face up to Jol as England players did with Bobby Robson at Italia 90 and demand changes to the line up, formation, tactics, tempo whatever THEY think is the reason we are where we are, plus once they cross the white line, THEY are responsible for their own actions, they're all grown up men, they can make decisions, they can change things.

As much as I now think its time for Martin Jol to go, its a shame we have gutless, spinless,  soulless players too, for me, if we can stay up then great but if we have to get relegated and have a clean sweep, playing staff and backroom staff then so be it.

Jol out - players out.
