I would go with your team but obviously not ruiz (see hundreds of my previous posts!). I would probably play duff for ruiz and move kasami to CM. Dembele? if he is as good as rumoured why not? otherwise Bent. And tarabbat to replace any midfielder not hacking it lateron especially if we ned a goal

well first with our manager there is no point retaining him.
But i just thought it interesting to see what people thought the team should be... it is called conversation.

It's going to be interesting, because if Berbatov is put where he should be, i.e. on the bench, that undermines Jol, because it means Rene is picking the team.

But if Berbatov plays yet again, what's the point of Rene?

I'm picking on Berbatov, I know, but he is the litmus paper. He's the one ever-present waste of space in a dreadful team.

Funny you say that. I am suoprised by many of the selections.
Personally I haven't seen that steck is better than stock (oh dear that sound odd), in fact if stock was given a confidence boost and told he was really number one I think he would become a really top, top keeper.

I am suprised richardson is chosen by anyone, i do not rate him at all.
I am suprised ruiz is selected by anyone, i do not rate him either.
I am not saying that do start another 'broken record' debate, rather just a comment that we all see things a bit differently.

One thing is I do think boeteng, or somebody like him is vital, i do not think sidwell and parker as a pairing together work at all well.

I think Stockdale did a better job in goal than steklenberg has this season... That's why I put him in.

Richardson is hopeless imo- never been a fan, If Briggs is fit would love him in the squad, but Richardson is much better than Riise, and amore is not good enough there either.. I think LB is one of biggest problem's
