Towards the end it got sour, but if it wasn't for his kick and Danny's header it could have been a very different story, for that I am grateful.

I agree with this, he was very good when he was focused,  and had he not sustained so many injuries during his career he could have been so much better by taking his career a bit more seriously. Bullard is one of those players where you can point to him, when speaking to kids, and say "don't end up like Jimmy Bullard"
