My fellow Fulham dudes, for how long must I suffer as a 'Lakey'?

I've no idea what a 'lakey' is - maybe a dyslexic 'lackey' - but this is my 49th post and I am desperately hoping that the next one will raise me from the primaeval swamp that is 'lakeydom' to something more exalted like 'elephant dropping'.  Please tell me it is so!

LBNo11

...in honour of FoF members who have died we allocate membership groups in their name based on the last number of posts they made. Lakey was a fine, generous and friendly man who supported Fulham for many years, Dark Room was a lady who died recently and Lighthouses sister.

RIP Ron and Sandra, your memory lives on here...

Ooops.  I really thought it was a typo for 'lackey' to indicate my junior status as a poster.

mullers

Well Neil D you're ahead of me. And I've just been reminded by these posts why I love this club. Thank you.

Count Berbatov

Didn't know that either. A wonderful way to remember those members

Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk
Berbatov has Cantona's knack of being the man amid a stampede towards the door who stops to notice a side exit that nobody else has seen.

Jonathan Northcroft on Berbatov:  "...like a man in silk pyjamas shooting pigeons from a deckchair"

..Kya.ffc..

Beers may have been involved in this post.

Neil D

Well, anyway, I've been promoted now to 'reserve' status and I'm deeply honoured.  What's next?

That's some posting WhiteJC
During your time on FoF what has been the most controversial topic discussed?
Having only been posting for about a year there must have been some interesting 'debates' before I started on FoF.

Probably the Jol situation has caused as many clashes of antlers as any I've known in my time

The Equalizer

There's a Cliffy Dean? I had no idea! Time to start posting a thousand a day!
"We won't look back on this season with regret, but with pride. Because we won what many teams fail to win in a lifetime – an unprecedented degree of respect and support that saw British football fans unite and cheer on Fulham with heart." Mohammed Al Fayed, May 2010

Who is TJL  John?

tjl was a poster who lived on Guernsey (or Sark, can't remember which) who would regale us with wether or not he could see France, riding back from the pub on his bike and sheep races. He also used to put a bet on Fulham winning 3-1, which is why I always use that score on Logicalmans tipping league

When was this site born, or previous incarnations of it?

...Barrie, if you look at the FoF logo in red it shows that we were established in 2008...

fulham traveller

don't get me wrong, if I posted loads, I would not want to be known as cliffy dean, alex ferguson a.k.a the traveller is more apt, after all c.d did stopped going ffc when the rugby moved away, he choose odds balls over round balls
