What Formation would you choose to play against Swansea?

For a long time I have been a supporter of Martin Jol, though for the past 6 Months and ever so more in recent weeks, my faith in our manager is dwindling. Though I do respect him and hope he can turn results our way.

One of the things I have noticed as a Fulham fan is a gaping hole in our midfield in the shape of Danny Murphy, still even now! Perhaps it is Martins failure to successfully replace Danny with a solid play maker that has led to our poor results. I think with the players we have now we should look to play a defensive formation with players standing off opponents and looking to counter in possesion, this is how I think we should approach Swansea:

Though to be honest I still don't know the best way to utilize the players we have, though I do feel if we are able to, we have a top 10 team without a doubt!
