Things have been a bit quiet on the Diarra front but here we are.

He's Johnny Brittle.  Great ability, but how long before another 4-month injury?

Diarra would be great to have around as an option, especially if Boateng is off.

But we shouldn't, and I doubt the club will, count on him, not with his injury history. A real shame on such a talented player.

He's been training with us all season, with a squad number. But you make a good point, it's really whether Rene thinks we need another central midfielder

I don't know.  I'd rather we signed someone good and young in January. Jol thinking he could replace Murphy with Diarra led to our downfall.
