Learning Process

We've taken on a guy who has limited managerial experience.  We all like him.  He says the right things and performances are better.  Today was a blip.  Getting out of this situation we find ourselves in will not be pretty.

Rene will have learnt a lot today about who he can depend on, who has the right level of fitness / technique and who can play where. 

Hopefully, transfers in and out are all but a formality and we are only waiting for January to allow Rene to form his team as opposed to working with Jol's.

Beating WestHam and Sunderland is a must.  Rene's and the players' apology can only be taken seriously with two passionate performances.  We deserve it and they owe us it !

There's no point in judging Rene just yet. Roy took a while to get the team right. Rene has earnt some patience following a promising start.
