that the budget for the transfer window is bigger in proportion than the money spent on the cheap and nasty christmas tree next to Rene in his video. Also that the care taken in our defensive training is somewhat better than the effort put in to decorate it.
Seriously, did nobody at the club look at it and go 'You must be kidding' - it looks like a reject from Poundland which somebody threw some tinsel at from about 5 yards away.
The words sloppy, uncaring and thoughtless come to mind - hopefully I am still talking about the tree not the team. It may be old fashioned but getting the little things right and taking pride in doing things properly sets the standard and spreads a culture throughout an organisation.
