Look at when we thumped Ipswich 10-1 at Christmas 1963 but lost 4-2 to them two days later. A happy omen for today I feel.

I was at Liverpool on Boxing Day 1963, watching Stoke getting thrashed 6-1 (I live in Stoke).

I was mighty pleased seeing the half-time scoreboard, though, with Fulham 5-0* up (*I think).
