as well as results going our way is massive. We could give ourselves a nice cushion;

Chelsea beat Hull
Cardiff and W Ham draw
Everton beat Norwich
Southampton beat W Brom
Spurs beat Palace
United beat Swansea
Liverpool beat Stoke

All very possible

We'll make hard work of it no doubt, typical Fulhamish game this, but I hope we just put it to bed. We've got more than enough to beat them.

I agree with all except Cardiff - West Ham, I think Cardiff will win that one, but I hope for a draw though,

Sunderland is so important given the series of matches that follows. Good results in the other games that day would certainly help.

This week really is our make-or-break game of the season. I agree with your assessment of possible results, but we have equally predictable (and poor) results ahead, and need to take this opportunity to set our stall higher up the table.

Plus the confidence boost of a win could help us secure a point of two across the next fortnight.

Finally, a win now will give us a better opportunity of attracting a higher calibre of players during the transfer window. Heitinga implied that he didn't want to join West Ham as they are likely to be relegated, and it'll look bad on his career.

United to beat Swansea :49:   I am just hoping we don't see Fulhamish turn up.

Of all the results, Swansea is probably the least important. Brom, Norwich and Palace seem to be our biggest rivals for the final relegation place. Losses for each of them would be ideal.

EDIT: just checked the table again; Swans right in the mix. Utd fan this weekend!

personally I don't go in for all this prediction lark, anything can happen on the day and change everything. I just take 1 game at a time
