I know this is rather premature, but my feelings are that we are doomed, and to be honest now I have resigned myself to this I feel more relaxed than yesterday.
Therefore just wondered how many people will bother keeping their season tickets if we go down to the Championship. Will there be a need or will seats be freely available, cheaper. Also will season tickets be cheaper.
I doubt the club will have a rush of renewals before this season finishes.

We looked awful yesterday & in plenty of other games this season but somehow we're 5th from bottom & still outside the relegation zone, so not doomed quite yet.
We have some horrible games coming up, games I'm not expecting too much from but then again we lost 2 of the 4 games most thought we'd win comfortably, (conceding 10 in those 2 losses). So maybe we'll pick up a few surprise points when the pressure is off & we're not expected to get anything. And, of course, the other teams around us will also have tough games.
In answer to your question... I will be renewing my season ticket - I've had one for over 20 years in all divisions. Also, the cost of season tickets won't go down. They'll argue we're getting an extra 4 games for our money.

As you have a season ticket for 20 years you will know that the price outside the Prem was and is considerably lower

I am giving my 2 up even if we stay up because I can't take games being ruined by bad referring or watching players in the black and white jusr going through the motions

I wasn't stating it as fact, I don't know, (you obviously know more about championship prices than I do). It was purely an opinion. But, I do know fans of other relegated clubs, who have said the prices were frozen & the reason they gave for not reducing was the fact they were getting 4 extra games.

Got 2 season tickets but have hardly been this season. Main reason is utter negativity of quite a few people around me. None of our players are as bad as some make out. What we are, is sometimes not as good as the opposition. I see my role as someone to cheer the team on and support. But that's kinda impossible because senderos is a xxxx, Ruiz is an utter xxxx, riise is a xxxx, bent is a xxxx, berbatov is a xxxx, tarabbat is a xxxx etc. don't care about swearing at all, it's just the constant toxic negativity around me from red faced, angry middle aged men. I used to go with son but both of us just don't go anymore. He said to me yesterday, no point getting a season ticket next season. I make him right.
It's sad, as what used to be our USP have been tarnished with the success of the premier league. I'm sure some of these people have been going longer than my 38 years and they would argue that they pay their money etc.

So, to finally answer the OP's question, we won't be renewing our ST's.

Riversider

Would renew my ticket in a heartbeat if they went on sale this week, in fact would buy an additional one for my nephew, if we go down(and I stress , if) the one positive for me would be the fact that all the Johnny come lateleys , that turned up the same time as Al Fayed and all the tourists would fcuk off back to where they came from ,
Swapping games against Liverpool, Man U and Chelsea for potential games against Brentford, Orient and Millwall actually gives me a reassuring glow that it wouldn't be the end of the world.

It's not even crossed my mind about not renewing.  Have seen us play in all four divisions and would do it again if (heaven forbid) it came to it.

I've still not resigned myself to relegation this season yet though.

Good comment from Riversider - I hope we stay up BUT one BIG upside of going down is all the French/Chinese/Finnish.... whoevers ..... watching EPL "porn" will be gone. Yesterday some tourist goon actually walked up the steps on our block sweeping his hand-cam from side to side at us !!!!!!    We are his holiday film !

stokesy

will probably find out they will keep season tickets at the same price but play more games in the championship that's what happened to my mate whos a Coventry fan when they went down

No, it wasn't a good comment from the Riversider.  If you want to restrict supporters to the hard-core 4000 or so that turned up when we were struggling in the relegation zone of the old division 4  back in the mid-1990s than OK but it's daft.  Also, what's wrong with some guy wanting to make a video record of his visit to Craven Cottage?  I sometimes post on an Italian website of Fulham supporters - they are enchanted by the Cottage and see it as a unique experience, worthy of a record - even if the football isn't.

MJG

the club have three choices.

ST on sale in April for 19 Prem games
ST prices in case we go down for 23 Champ games.

Third option will be ST at one price for Prem and if we go down thats still the price for 23 games.

I dont think they can wait till May to try and sell and cant recall what they did in 2008.
