Peabody is 75?! Many more happy birthdays from me too!
Btw Peabody is a style of dance. Am I right?
Berbatov has Cantona's knack of being the man amid a stampede towards the door who stops to notice a side exit that nobody else has seen.

Jonathan Northcroft on Berbatov:  "...like a man in silk pyjamas shooting pigeons from a deckchair"

Forever Fulham

Happy 75, Peabody.  Looking forward to 25 more years of jokes and Fulham stories from you.

Indeed it is.

But in this particular instance I suspect you will find that his moniker is in relation to the Peabody Estate, just off Fulham Palace Road.

Many happy returns.
(small explosions, fireworks, mucky women, flags, sanatogen, flashing lights, ovaltine tree).

If the following can be believed it looking good kid !!!!
( There was a quote from Keith Richards but as he looks 150 .....I didn't include it )

"Eventually you will reach a point when you stop lying about your age and start bragging about it."
Will Rogers, American comedian and actor

"One of the best parts of growing older? You can flirt all you like since you've become harmless."
Liz Smith, British actress

"Age  doesn't mean a thing. The best tunes are played on the oldest fiddles."
Ralph Waldo Emerson, American writer

As you grow old, you lose interest in sex, your friends drift away, and your children often ignore you.
"There are other advantages of course, but these are the outstanding ones."
Richard Needham, Earl of Kilmorey, politician

"I've got cheekier with age. You can get away with murder when you're 71 years old. People just think I'm a silly old fool."
Comedian Bernard Manning

"One of the good things about getting older is you find you're more interesting than most of the people you meet."
Lee Marvin, American actor

"The whiter my hair becomes, the more ready people are to believe what I say."
Philosopher Bertrand Russell

Many Happy Returns Bill from another Capricorn who saw Johnny Haynes make his debut. Now how old does that make us feel?

I also remember seeing play for England schoolboys before he signed for Fulham. It was in about 1949
