It is not all Fulham's fault. Every bid gets knocked back because the selling team know we are in the sh!t. They know we need players so will hold out for more. I think it is known as supply and demand.

If all we can spend is 10 mill over 2.5 years and no money spent in the summer , 4 mill coming in from Frei plus 2 seasons TV money since Ruiz arrival, we are really in the poop already.
