Ok I know it's not the best time to be posting this after that shocking display tonight. But I'm in a bit of a jam. Heading to London here on Thursday morning and I've left a few things very last minute. What is the best way from getting from Gatwick to Kingston to Watford.

Any advice on travel cards or oyster cards would be appreciated.

I'm really not looking forward to the Southampton game now but i must go.

Gatwick to Clapham Junction, then to Kingston. Then probably back to Clapham then on to Watford from there. Don't think a travel card or Oyster card go as far as Gatwick though.

One last thing. Would you reccommend Oyster cards or Travel cards? I'm staying for 4 days. And do they both include trains and tubes?

Oyster card works out cheaper if you know your journey, travel card is better if you're hopping on and off public transport all day, and yes both include trains, underground and buses too.

MikeCdawg

yeah i will be hopping on and off all of the days. Can you get like a 4-day travel card or would it be weekly?

Pay as you go oyster reaches a daily limit after reaching it further travel is free and capped to match a travel card. Oyster is easier to use especially when busy.

Hand your oyster back in when you are finished with it and you get the £3 or 4 deposit back.

Clapham to Watford Junction takes about 40 minutes.
