15 game league starts today with new look. Forget the previous ones. I really hope he even creates a table in the dressing room with a league standing over the next 15 games so the players can see that if we finish at least 16/17 we will be safe.

My rugby coach did that once for the remaining 10 games we had in the league as we were 4th and could still win it. It really motivated us seeing the positions every week and we ended up 2nd losing it on the final day to the champions (dodgy try, foot was in touch but hey ha)
