I really believed that Rene was turning things around as quickly as possible. Jol (and Ali Mac) had left him an absolute mountain to climb. My perception is that Ali Mac continues to cover his backside at the expense of all others.
If Khan is quoted correctly and it is Ali Mac's recommendation, why on earth has he not made more radical 'recommendations' in the past three seasons e.g. spend some money on younger players? :49: :49:
