Felix has no doubt been watching the team on TV for a couple of week and already knows a few if the players. Really keen to see who he goes with at WBA.

Does anyone know the formation and style of football his teams tend to play ?

Would like to see the following :-

Stek

Heitinga
Hangeland
Burn

Dejagah
Kvist
Sidwell
Karagounis
Richardson

Holtby
Mitroglou

Bench

Rodallega,Bent, Reither, Stockwell, riise Parker , tunicliff

I just hope he continues with the way in which Rene was starting to go.

Heitinga and Burn are starting to bring stability to the defence.

Richardson has been like a new man.

Kvist is settling in well.

Holtby has been a revelation.

And lets hope he does give youth a go.

And lets see what the Trog can do, assuming he will be fit by then.

Unfortunately, we're starting all over again.... Again.
The new guy doesn't know the team/squad & won't learn enough or be able to stamp his style on the team in the next week.
Changing manager at this stage is a backwards step as it takes time for him to adapt & for the team to adjust to his style, time we don't have.
Yet another stupid decision by dopey owner.

he will use holtby, riether, dejagah, kvist, due to familiarity.
I hope he keeps burn as he has been better than hangeland.
Mitroglou most probably.
Richardson works hard so would suit him well.

We have to move forward - Rene won't be reinstated a manager.

We have to get behind the new man and the team - and I think he will continue with a similar set up to Rene's last games, Well, not much chance to do anything else, at least until he's seen us play.

Anyone thinking he will keep the same team will be disappointed, he will stick to what he knows from Germany & go for experience aswell.
Burn & Tunnicliffe will lose there places in the side if I was going to guess his team at West Brom I would say

                        Stekelenburg
Riether Heitinga Hangeland Riise
                     Parker Kvist
Dejagah               Holtby            Duff
                               Mitraglou

The only change imo will be dejagah on the right. I don't think that's a bad shout.

Rene has never been recognised or acknowledged by the club as Manager, but as Head Coach.

That's right we will have to see all the mistakes that Rene and Jol made all over again. There are just not enough games left for experimenting with change. We are strong favourites to go down but the change of emphasis to defence  and the strong fighting spirit in the last two matches gave a small glimmer of hope. That  hope is no longer there.
