With 24 teams qualifying down to 3rd place, it feels like a bit of a non-event ...

I seem to recall that, when England needed to beat them by something like 10 clear goals to qualify under Graham Taylor, San Marino scored what was at the time the fastest international goal - after about 21 seconds, I believe.

England's performance that day was dire.

We'll definitely go through. No worries. Best team in the group and 1st and 2nd go through with 3rd going to playoffs. Stupid system really. I prefer the old 24 team system. I suppose it gives the"lower level" countries a chance.

I'd recommend a trip to Tallinn. Nice city to visit for a few days. Their stadium is disgracefully small for international games though.
