Every game he is at it but he is not the only one by far, this and diving( sorry simulation), no it is really cheating  is a part of the game that has to be stamped out.

Agree. Give a penalty every time. After about 5 penalties per game the players will stop doing it. I suspect it would take about one week.
If a forward offends in the box, yellow. He can't do it again. Simple.
