I wish the loan worked out.  He hasn't looked good and it wasn't meant to be. 

Though if we aren't going to use him I wish we'd send him home.

It's sad he couldn't come back, grab a few goals, get us some way out of this mess and have the fans sing his name again. It would have been a nice little swansong and a redemption for him after his unceremonious exit. But alas, it wasn't to be. It looks like he needs too much time to get back up to speed and time is what we don't have. He needed to come in and make an immediate impact and I think he will accept he hasn't done that.

Seems like a good guy and probably good to have around the place for the young lads so may as well keep him training with us until the end of his loan and then wish him luck back in the States.
