Apparently Vincent Tan has offered some 'illegal bonuses' to the Cardiff players. Apparently bonuses must be offered at the start of the season.

Which means we got away with it back in 2008 (unless the whole story of Al Fayed offering players a Harrods Hamper was all nonsense) --- http://www.theaustralian.com.au/archive/news/wise-man-of-fulham-not-popping-champagne/story-e6frg7mo-1111116297160
@MattRhys63 - be warned, there will be a lot of nonsense

Did this guy make his millions or inherit it?  I don't know much about him but he seems to be a total buffoon.

grandad

He has rescinded the offer claiming he didn´t know it was illegal. They will probably get away with any fine / points deduction & just get a warning.

He's a very big business man in the far east, Thialand ,I think. He holds the franchise licences for all the big fast food companies in that region including Mcdonalds.

He is Malaysian and his business interests are based there,http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/26366898

I don't think much will come of this - he made a verbal promise, allegedly, but it has now been rescinded.

Cardiff looked worryingly good going forward against Spurs, and Spurs were somewhat lucky to win.

Just have to hope for the best on Saturday -hope we have a bit of luck for a change.

Yes I know hes a Malaysian bigwig but he just sounds like a bit of a halfwit with his decision making.  Then again I suppose that makes Mr Khan a quarterwit.

I seem to recall that Al Fayed had to make a similar retraction when he offered each player a gold bar for the cup tie against Villa (?).  My memory may be fading.
