I would play Holtby just behind Mitriglou. Holtby is wasted in central midfield. If Parker is not fit I would play Boateng or Chris David.

It seems a bit of a shame, there are worse than him but he unfortunately he can't seem to keep his irritation under control. Personally i would ban Pulis forever and wenger/big Sam one match less than Pulis.
