All these years in the premier league are nothing to the joy of our Europa exploits. In years to come this will mean more to me than anything else. The character of our team in this competition is the height of achievement as far as I am concerned. It was great to experience but will probably never return.

Watched a bit of the Spuds Benfica match. Benfica looked a tidy outfit, and their fans were superb.
