The way we have played has given little confidence over the season, but if we can have turned a corner with the Newcastle win then maybe just maybe results could improve.

I still think we are goners tho and I also think the so called easier run in is a myth. But like I've said before I would take needing to win the final game of the season to stay up.

I think 8 points from our next 7 games..

2 wins (palace and Norwich ) , 2 draws (villa, and Hull) and 3 losses (everton, spurs and stoke)

I think that we can win all of our home games. I win away or 2 draws will then be enough. Everton is a massive game. 3 points will even get the pessimists believing

Beat Everton & there is then every reason to believe we can survive

Everton (H) - Draw
Villa (A) - Draw
Norwich (H)- Win
Spurs (A) - Loss
Hull (H) - Win
Stoke (A) - Loss
Palace (W) - Win

11 points so 35 in total and borderline on staying up or going down

There is bound to be a shock or two. Hopefully two.  A shock home defeat (or perhaps that's not a "shock") and a shock win (like last year) against the spuds!
