We all said weeks ago that 37 was the target, even after throwing
it away yesterday it would just be like Fulham to go and get a result
against Stoke..
Their seasons over their 4 home wins on trot ended by Spurs yesterday.
Things happen in trends so it not beyond us  to go and win there.
Then we get the final shindig with Palace.
I suppose you think im crasy and yes I will go see the doc in the
Morning..COYW.

We're not good enough to go to Stoke and get 3 pts, that I can assure of.

We don't need to be good enough, just have more determination and a bit of luck.

Won't happen, I'm passed the point of having to rely on this team, only for them to mess it up. They've done far to many times now to warrant staying in this division.

And what will you say if we do...?

Sherlock

Losing that lead yesterday was of course a massive blow, but it's not over yet. If we get a win at Stoke, which will be very tough but not impossible and Man Utd beat Sunderland we'll be 2 pts ahead of them. They're near the bottom for a reason, it's not a given that they'll get 6 points from Swansea and West Brom at home

Luck? You want to talk about LUCK? At what point this season have we been considered 'lucky'. Take out the amount of deflections we've conceded, we'd probably be champions. That Riether clearance yesterday just summed up our season
@MattRhys63 - be warned, there will be a lot of nonsense

If Sunderland win today which they are and If we get to 37 points then;

WBA 36: need 1 point from Arsenal (a), Sunderland (a), Stoke (h)
Villa 35: need 2 point from Hull (h), City (a), Spurs (a)
Sunderland 32: need 5 points from Man Utd (a), WBA (h), Swansea (h)
Norwich 32: need 5 points from Chelsea (a), Arsenal (h)
Cardiff 30: need 6 points from Newcastle (a), Chelsea (h). Impossible.

If we don't beat Stoke then we'll be relegated the following week. Sunderland vs WBA is on Wednesday 7th May so depending on that result will could already be down come Palace.

Should we beat Stoke the biggest, most important game of the season for us is Villa v Hull.

I can see sunderland skipping away with West Brom and Swansea still at home.

West Brom only need 1 point (to finish above us). Even if they lose to Arsenal and Sunderland, they will almost certainly get it at home to Stoke.

If we completely write off Cardiff and Norwich then the only potential winner for 17th is us and Villa. We Beat Stoke and they Draw against Hull, we are only two points behind them. We have palace at home and they have 2 away games against Man City and Spurs.

Hull has the potential to royally f@#k us this season. If they lose to Villa it's all over.
