We got updates on how many times the Vatican had looked at Fulham's website, and we got inane interviews with the players which ended with them describing their ambition to score the winner at a packed Cottage.

With crowds often below 5.000 this was no more than wishful thinking at the time. I'm gutted where we are but this has been a wonderful ride. And unlike the 90's I don't believe its anywhere near over. You lucky people, you still support the greatest football club.
