Does anyone know of any pubs or bars in the South London/Surrey region that would show the Mayweather & Khan fights on Saturday? Closest place I can find at the moment is Sports Bar in Leicester Square

Sorry I don't have any answers but I would leave the Sports Bar as a very last resort. Horrid place.

What time do the fights start? Is it 2am Khan-Maidana first?

Yeah I think Khan fight is about 2-3am and then Mayweather at 4am
