Just had it confirmed by Fulham - There will not be a player of the season. That's a shame as I'm sure Sidwell would have won and that should've been recognised. On the other hand Berbatov won last year and many thought that was a fix as Reither was the fans favourite.

I'm not in the least surprised there won't be one this year. It would have been a pretty hollow victory for anyone who won. Unless thay had "none of the above" who would undoubtedly be a clear winner.
