How about putting it at Amazon in Australia - available then to AU and NZ.  Both Amazon Oz and US telling me they have none in store!!

there's a problem with the cover photo, Rich only has rites to use it in the UK, so he may not be able to provide it for the US, NZ and Australia?

I have spoken to Rich and he would have to get a license for that area's Amazon. So only PB is available at this time.
