I remember a sausage shop in Richmond-Upon-Thames which would have been Finn's heaven-on-earth. Lindy's, I think it was called. I don't live around there any more so not sure if it is still around.

I tend to buy Tesco Finest who do an Apple and Leek sausage, which is good in a casserole.
