I played a few games for Staines Rugby Club (birthplace of  The Yardbirds !) but after getting 2 teeth knocked out, numerous cuts bruises and tears I decided to quit. The final straw came when we had played London Uruguay Rugby Club and someone tried to bite me on the jockstrap in the bath.
