Amorebietta next to depart ?

According to Dean Jones from The People, Fernando cleared his house out two weeks ago ahead of a proposed move to Malaga !
Magath spoke at the weekend about signing 2 or 3 new players, not sure where he gets that figure from, with Stockdale and Burn also out of favour and possibilities to leave, not forgetting the likely departures of Ruiz, Mitroglou and Dejagah, the true figure that we need is likely to be more like 6 or 7 , but is it going to happen ?
Lots of people remarked on here and on other forums when Magath joined us, that his historical cv is littered with the fact that he has fallen out with players at every club he has ever managed at, could the same thing already be happening at Fulham ? Just my own hunch, but if it wasn't for Scott Parker's ridiculous contract that he's on , he also would have been off , but who's going to offer him 60 k a week.

Lovebite was always another player that was going to do the offs when the next best thing came along, nothing to do with Magath.

When a Club is relegated from the PL, players leave. Some are too sought after to remain; others are not wanted for the task of rebuilding.

Amorebieta falls into latter category. Because Magath believes, however, that he can find better players to help us get back to the PL, doesn't mean that he has to have fallen out with every single player that departs.

Not being used in any of our friendlies fully supports your theory. Without name dropping, someone who knew Amorbietta, who now works for Frank Lampards old man, who employs ex-footballers with serious injuries, said that Lovebite would not be right for Fulham, and would certainly not adapt to English football. He's to selfish, he's not a team player, and certainly someone you don't want around in a relegation fight. Plus, he's a bit of a playboy by all accounts, likes the odd glass of Champers. Maybe, just maybe, Magath knows all this and like others, thinks he's not right for the club.

I think there is a real misunderstanding when it comes to our Felix. For every player that has left and slagged him off there is one of "his players" who says he's firm but fair and often got the best football out of them in their career. Felix knows what and who he wants and he's not the kind of manager to pander to a player.
Amor has many fans in Spain and if he has the chance to play in la liga where he spent a lot of time then he was always going to jump at it. Good luck to him in spells I thought he was handy but it was the beginning of the end of our defensive solidity when Brede was moved sides to accommodate him

Fulham Tup North

Pity if he leaves,  but he was not that reliable.  It was one of our last home games and the bloke couldn't even manage a throw - in and some of his clearances were laughable for an experienced 'International'.
We definitely need a new CB and it now looks like a goal keeper as well.
Need to hit the ground running this season.

The only players that fall out with Magath are whimps, poor trainers, those that only play for the money, easy riders. Real athletes relish the challenge.

You get selfish center backs, midfielders, leftbacks, rightbacks, fowards, so I don't really get your point? I'm talking from an attitude point of view, not just footballing.

Damned if he does and damned if he doesn't...if ever a good clear out was needed but there's no pleasing some.

Would have been nice to keep as an option for either a back three or maybe even playing at left back (pushing Stafylidis up).

I wonder whether Felix Magath's "2 or 3 players needed" and a centre back in particular was with this in mind? I'd love us to sign Harry Maguire but it seems like that was nothing but a one day rumour. Someone like Steven Taylor would be useful, though he's not great on the ball, if he can stay fit, he's a rock.
