I heard last night from some Millwall friends that they have got 5 boats coming up the Thames to the Fulham home game and are calling it the Millwall Armada.

I think the 8 inch guns of HMS Belfast could sink them. We could ask.

Not surprised they're coming by boat when you consider their most famous chant is:

No one likes bus, we don't care

terryr

Where will the boats dock?
Anti grappling hook measures being installed at the Cottage.
Some of the rowing clubs up my way are installing battering rams and filling tubes of PIMMS to watch the sport from riverside.
Should be an interesting afternoon ........

Me-ate-Live, innit??

Fair play to them, I would prefer they really enjoyed the boat trip but not the result  COYW's

Pass me my quill

I'll sign the chit to move the cannons to Bishops Park

The atmosphere's fresh and the debate lively.

Great laugh but hope that there will not be any trouble to spoil the day out for all of us

GloucesterWhite

No problem. They will probably take a wrong turning and end up in Southend.

Dunno about that. They've all got it written on their t-shirts:

                          Armada than you are

I have Sir Francis Drake and a Hundred men a foot waiting for them, with a profusion of Mines floating round Putney Bridge, so they will sunk without trace, on and off the pitch.

After we've finished our bowls match, of course.
