1.  don't expect us to challenge this season
2.  I need more time, possibly more than the 1-season contract I have
3.  don't panic if we get a few defeats early on, stick with me, and next season (15/16) we will be ready

Of course I don't speak German/English psycho sporting babble so I might have something wrong in the translation
