seeing as I don't think we're going to sign anyone, what do you think our xi will be for the rest of the season? I think:

                                            Bettinelli
Voser         Bodurov      Burn  Stafyldis

Williams   Hoogland    Christiensen  Chihi

               David

            Mckormack

Or:   Bettinelli
Voser Bodurov Burn Stafyldis
         Christiensen
Williams             Chihi
            Hyndman
         David Mckormack

Got to play McCormack at number 10

We need to play two up so that we can score some bloody goals, although unless something happens in the next few hours I'd go all defensive and go for 39 nil nil draws and hope 40 points keeps us up

If we keep hold of him, Trotta needs to start with McCormack! already proved himself in the football league and would be a perfect partner for ross

Does it really matter, the only positive thing I can say is that our existing squad should just about be strong enough to avoid relegation

why should they not start? i'm confused? do you mean as subs off the bench?

Don't think they are good enough mate.
In Williams case I don't think it's his fault, he needs more time. Could have done with a season in the lower leagues before being thrown in at champ level.
Christensen I'm not sure of just yet.
Chihi hasn't been here long but from the cameo I see I think he will be very hit and miss. I think he needs to continue to come on as a sub before getting his start.

I agree with Humbled these three and Woodrow dont look like starters to me.

Also agree re Woodrow. I think as a club that has been in the prem for the past 13 seasons and apparently going to do all it can to go straight back up, Woodrow should not be our figure head.

Regarding Williams he has pace and decent feet but lacks experience. Against Millwall Carlos Edwards had him in his pocket bar 1 dribble where Williams got a lucky bounce. He just didn't have the strength or know how. I think starting has come a year or 2 early for him. He could have done with a season in league 1

Bit of confusion about "Williams". There is the young George Williams who played in the Academy last year and in the Youth Cup final, and played against Millwall....looks promising but needs to be phased into first team football. Then there is Ryan Williams (one of our older players being 21!!) who played most of last year on loan at Oxford and who has appeared in the last 3/4 games and done OK
