Just been. appointed England under 19 manager - well done to him.

dannyboi-ffc

Well done sean! For a medium sized club we seem to have had a lot of ties with the england set up over the years.

Haynes
Robson
Keegan
Hodgson
Lewington
Roberts winning u17 euros

to name a few. A decent amount of players called up to for all levels, not on the same par as JH but quite a healthy number in our history.

I reckon about 40 players that have represented fulham have been called up for england at least once in their careers.

Very good manager, who gets his team playing good football.... This is good for England to be hiring good footballing coaches to our younger ranks.

Oh maybe I am talking about the other O Driscoll.....

Ray Lew link me thinks, teammate of his in 80's also generally well thought of a few years ago

Needs to lighten up a bit - got a very hard time off the media when at Bristol City - didn't respond well - a bit wacky in fact.

But good on him.  Hopefully day to day pressures off.

Congratulations Sean.......thoroughly decent ex Fulham bloke who deserves a decent job.

Principled manager/coach who teaches the passing game.

The atmosphere's fresh and the debate lively.

Sir Alec of good Stock

I remember going down to Bath City on the TBT to see Noisy's debut in a friendly at Twerton Park where he scored a couple.

A quality player for the club and has gone to become a good manger although it hasn't worked out for him at a couple of clubs.

Congratulations Noisy!

England are dire under the joint ex FFC "messiahs"-surprised they get away with it.

MJG

No one seems to have mentioned Paul Bracewell who coached the England U17's at one stage.

Always liked Sean. He would get in my all-time FFC 'favourites' (not necessarily 'best') team. Good luck to him.

spikey norman

One of today's papers saying that Sean will be leaving his role as boss of England's under 19's and could become Brendan Rodgers assistant at Liverpool.
Good move for him?

MJG

been reading the Liverpool fans views. In a nutshell they have no idea who he is and when they look at his record its WTF is that!!!
