Appointed this evening. What is your team for Saturday? You have a fresh start with the whole squad so you can play whoever you like barring those players on loan.

I am going for a crazy idea, I am going to play a team of who I consider to be our best players who I believe will work together as a team and I am going to stick with that formula for a few games to see how it goes...something Felix can't do.

GK: Bettinelli (not ideal but best of the three at this point IMO. I will bring Stek back from loan ASAP.

Defence:

RB: Hoogland/Voser (I haven't seen enough of these guys to make a call yet so will assess them in training)

In an ideal world I would have an experienced head in defense and I'd have Stockdale back. Otherwise, I think we have some decent players in their peak with some young legs in the wing back and midfield areas.

For a second there I thought I had been appointed as the next manager.  I will have to do it part time as I have to look after the kids, but at least the team will be happy as I won't be asking them to commit to a third training session per day.

Bettinelli - best keeper we have by a mile, how he is not playing is beyond a joke.
Passley - Vosser is not good enough, neither is Zverotic, Passley is an excellent talent
Bodurov - Experienced CB, and probably our best defender this season to date ( not a hard award )
Amorebieta - Another Experienced CB who probably deserves his chance
Burn - He has done it in this league before, and can do it again... needs a bit of confidence but more than capable
Hoogland- He would need to be disciplined, and just sit deep, but is Athletic, good in the air and tackle and is our best cdm
Ruiz - possibly the best player we have at the club, if played correctly.
Woodrow - Another huge talent, who makes the team play better football.
Hyndman - Player of the season, has gone missing a little bit of late, but still top draw.
Mccormack - He is our biggest threat, and best chance for a goal.
Ryan Williams - Effectively as a wing back, although his instructions would be to attack more than defend, and let Amore come over, and Hoogland drop in as a rb should he need to.

all very similar, I as I am sure most people are mystified with the chopping and changing for no apparent reason, the only thing I can think of is that maybe he has given a player instructions and that player has not done to his satisfaction, hence next game out, I just don't know

I am sorry for the result today
It's a catastrophe
The referee was awful
The team didn't seem to understand what they were meant to do
My predecessors caused all the problems I have inherited
I believe in youth & I will blood every last one of them
I believe in experience which is why I have sold those players off or sent them out on loan
Please don't worry about constant changes to the team in every game
We will work on it during training
We will not be relegated
We will be promoted
I will give every goalkeeper we have a chance & sell or loan any of the decent ones
I will not listen to anyone else but believe absolutely in my own past experiences & successes
I never take any personal responsibility always laying the blame on others
I am a good guy!
